The RICOH Ri 3000, Ri 6000 and Ri 100 DTG printers are among the products Micro ASU will highlight during its participation in the COPIS 2018 Expo. The three printers for direct textile printing provide a high quality end product.
The machines can work with 100% cotton or a combination of cotton and polyester (at least 50% cotton). The RICOH Ri 6000, with its 600 x 600 dpi resolution, allows a maximum print size of 35.6 x 45.7 cm – both on dark and light textiles. The print head, which is equipped with a white ink circulation system, cleans automatically. RICOH Ri 6000 has 12 channels and achieves print speed of 27 sec. in Speed Mode and 53 sec. in Fine Mode.
The advantages of the RICOH Ri 3000 will also be presented in parallel to the other products. It has six channels and the maximum printing size is 35.6 x 45.7 cm. Visitors will also find the RICOH Ri 100. It allows printing on 100% cotton or cotton and polyester combination (min. 50% cotton) and has a built-in variable droplet size technology.
The printers for direct printing on textiles offered by Micro ASU are applicable in the fields of fashion, decor, advertising, visual communication, tourism, sports, etc. They provide faster, easier and more efficient direct printing on textiles than traditional technologies. They save time and increase productivity.
