When high speed is combined with quality and high technology, the final effect is more than clear – a quality product at an affordable price for each customer. This is why Poly Tech Group will present the wide-format eco-solvent printer Locor Ultra 1900Plus at COPIS 2018.
Locor Ultra 1900Plus can print up to 1860 mm in width. The model offers high production speeds with uncompromising print quality. The machine is equipped with two diagonally positioned Epson DX5 print heads with variable droplet size and combined with the recognised revolutionary waveform print technology allows print speeds up to 35.6 m2/h. Each of the print heads has 1440 nozzles arranged in four colour sections in two channels (180 nozzles per channel). This series of heads uses a variable droplet size starting at 3.5 picolitres.
The Locor Ultra 1900Plus has a robust construction that ensures minimal vibration and impact from heavier rolls. The printer comes with a motorized drum rolling system (spool diameter 2"/3") for weights up to 35 kg. It is easy to set up and comes with 1 liter eco-solvent inks giving you a lower production cost per square meter. Thanks to its features, the machine is applicable in the production of posters, signs, notice boards, POS and POP displays, backlit, transport advertising and more.
