The low cost of supplies and the high quality end products are paramount for every manufacturer. Konica Minolta Business Solutions Bulgaria will offer its customers digital UV systems for enrichment of printed products with partial and 3D varnish at COPIS 2018.
The company will highlight MGI Jetvarnish 3DS. Using the system, print products with partial and 3D varnish from 21 to 116 microns can be enriched, and hot 3D printing can be realised too. The machine allows for positioning with a specifically designed scanner with almost no scrap. There are capabilities to combine hot stamping, 3D UV partial varnish and UV 2D varnish in one pass, allowing output with effects – hard to achieve with conventional methods. The features of MGI Jetvarnish 3DS allow printing of business cards, leaflets, calendars, packaging, brochures, catalogues, magazines, book covers, plastic materials, synthetic and other media. With minimal cost of supplies and minimal scrap, without preliminary preparation, the system can create from 1 to 100,000 copies at equal cost.
Konica Minolta Business Solutions Bulgaria will present MGI Jetvarnish 3D Evo. It is a B1/B2 Digital UV system for enriching printing products with partial and 3D varnish from 7 to 200 microns, as well as for applying hot 3D effect stamping. There are capabilities to combine hot stamping, 3D UV partial varnish and UV 2D varnish in one pass, allowing output with effects – hard to achieve with conventional methods.
